We're upgrading to a new booking system

Dear Grinning Community,

We’d like to give you a quick heads-up that we’re switching our booking platform away from MindBody to a new provider on Tuesday, Feb 24. We’re making this change to offer a better experience for you, our teachers, and our staff.

What you need to know:

  • Your account, bookings, credits, and memberships will be automatically transferred to the new platform.

  • You’ll receive an email from us on Tuesday, Feb 24, to set up your login.

  • Until then, continue to book classes as usual. You can keep booking future classes as all your bookings will be carried over to the new provider.

What does this switch mean for me?

What will change:

  • You’ll book classes through the new platform instead of Mindbody.

  • Your existing account details, class credits, and memberships will be migrated over to the new provider.

  • You’ll be asked to set a new login password.

What’s not changing:

  • Our class schedule

  • Our teachers

  • Our community

  • Your existing packages, credits, giftcards, and memberships

Will I need to create a new account?

No. You’ll just need to set a password on the new system. Just follow the instructions in the email on Feb 24. It should take just 20 seconds!

Will my memberships, packages, credits, and Giftcards move over?

Yes!

Is there anything else I should expect during the Transition?

As with any software transition, during the first week, things may feel slightly bumpy as we all get used to the change. We’ll do our best to make things as smooth as possible.
